FISCALIZING AN INVOICE

  1. Open the Fiscal Harmony Invoice template.

  2. Fill in the buyer's details in the specified fields. 








  1. Scroll down to ensure all totals are correct. 



  1. Save the invoice as an Excel file before fiscalizing 

  2. In Excel, navigate to the Fiscal Harmony tab (located next to Home) as shown below.





  1. Click Fiscalize Invoice to complete the process.

  2.  After fiscalizing an invoice a folder were the fiscalized invoices are saved as PDFs will automatically open up.
